At Eleleck Shopping we aim at easing some part of your life by handling household/office shopping and running errands for you. Shopping at different stores, we locate the best in quality and price, providing a personal touch.

Everything has become fast paced and many people find themselves juggling with many things to do in a day. Thus wishing for the impossible…’a 48 hour day’. Whether you are a business, have a home office, too busy to shop, or unable to shop yourself, free up your valuable time and let us do the shopping for you.

What we do

Eleleck Shopping eases your valuable time by providing household/office shopping, running errands and utility bill payment services. These services include:-

• Household shopping (supermarket, green groceries and general shopping).
• Utility Bill payments (Electricity, Water, D.S.T.V, Telephone, Safaricom/Zain Post paid payments etc).
• Banking services (cheque deposits, form collections etc)
• Errands (Driving license renewal, NSSF, NHIF, Post office box letter collection/deposit, etc)
• Personal Deliveries (Gifts, parcels within Nairobi)
• Laundry deliveries.
• Travel Ticket payments (air, bus, train)
• Travel and Accommodation management (within Kenya)

In addition to the above mentioned, we also offer other services customized to suite our clients’ needs.

How we do it

We simply shop for you as per your specification.

Delivery fees shall be charged separately depending on the total amount the client has provided for the shopping/utility service to be paid for.

Utility bills, Banking, Running errands or other personal deliveries are charged per location.

Payment Methods

Cash transfers for purchasing the goods/services shall be made via Mpesa and Zap contacts provided.

Booking and Delivery

• Eleleck Shopping delivery and bookings are available on Weekdays from 0700hrs to 1800hrs and on Saturdays from 0800hrs to 1200hrs.
• Delivery of goods/services is done within 24 hours of ordering time.
• Upon delivery, the customer confirms if all the goods are as per specification.
